Northen New Mexico Wineries

There are quite a few wineries in Northern New Mexico. One of them, Balagna Winery has been in operation since 1986, and is located in White Rock. The winery is open seven days a week, noon to 6 PM, but we suggest calling in advance to (505) 672-3678. Their speciality is the "Bomba Grande" wine that commemorates the anniversary of the first nuclear test.

Ponderosa Valley Vineyards and Winery are located in the Jemez, and are open Tuesday through Saturday (10 - 5) and Sunday (12 - 5). Call (505) 834-7487 for details.
